**Important Notice**
Please be advised, that as of April 24th, 2024, The Board of Directors have implemented a service
fee of $100 to be applied to any account that requires the Authority to hand deliver a shut off
notice to the residence starting June 1st, 2024.
Important Water Line Survey
The Township of Falls Authority is following US Environmental Protection Agency requirements to create an inventory
of lead service lines in our water service area. Without your cooperation in the mandatory survey, the Authority may
need to engage consulting firms to obtain the required information for the EPA. This cost will impact future rates
to the ratepayer. Please help us control this cost.

RAVE makes phone calls to specific people or areas in the event of an emergency to share important information. It’s a very handy tool for sending valuable messages to many people very quickly.
